Ordered my film, it never arrive. Waited a week it case it was malingering during the Christmas rush. No luck.

E-mailed B&H, got a form letter that my letter was received, got a letter that said they were checking on my order. Received an email saying package returned, could not be delivered.
Checked and triple checked my request then once more, whoops, why is that a 7 instead of an 8? Sent an email to B&H about the mistake. Got an email back saying problem was corrected and order would be resent.

All the above took place in a few hours on a Sunday, Monday the package went out (with corrected address) and was received shortly thereafter at no additional charge. Quick efficient service service. Far better than any other company I've dealt with over the years.

I am sorry for the initial situation and very glad to know you're so satisfied with the manner in which it was resolved.

Glad you were taken care of. I've got to say...nobody gets me stuff faster from NY to Western Canada than B&H!

I’ve been a walk-in customer at B&H since the early 1990’s. I’ve never had a problem with them that they couldn’t or wouldn’t resolve. That’s why they are the biggest of only a handful of stores that survived the fall of the old photo district.

Never a problem

Never a problem

I am just a sunny day snapshooter, but I have been a happy customer for many years and never had an issue. If any retailer has better service, I would love to hear about it....

I have done business with B&H for over 20 years - never had any problems.

The only issue I ever had was with one of their phone guys once who had a less than professional attitude.

I'd have to say that's a pretty good track record for a camera retailer.

One time B&H put a filter on back order, charged me, and after a year never shipped.
A 2 minute phone call resolved it.

Dozens of orders have been fine.

I would like to recommend Roberts Camera and subsidiary Used Photo Pro.com in Indianapolis.

Also La Grange Camera and video in La Grange ,Illinois. My local brick and mortar.

Adorama is fine also.
