Hi all,
I'm seeking the all round travel film. I like 400x and it scans very well but I want to be able to use this film in limited light also...the high speed film conundrum.
Some have pushed this film to 1600. I've tried it but results weren't that good. Apart from the grain, the image ends up with that cross-processed look about it.
800 is definitely acceptable.
Question:
1. Has anyone tried shooting this film at 1600 but only compensating for 1 stop in the processing (that is, as if it was shot at 800)? Do the shadows block up?
Any other advice for shooting this film at 1600?
