Any suggestions?
Kirk Enterprises claims that the QRC-1.75" QR clamp http://www.kirkphoto.com/1.75in_Quick_Release_Clamp.html will fit directly (not on the 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 reversible thread) on a Stroboframe/FLM Ballhead Deluxe, as in the following link

Can't see how that is physically possible, they must be confused.
