Question regarding Repair

I'm looking at a Mamiya 7 that was serviced by Mamiya...Seller indicates that T-springs have been serviced as well as rangefinder adjustment and all functions lubed etc. I'm waiting on reply from him...however, I'm unfamiliar w/ T-springs term...would these be some type of "tension" springs?
Any advice on this is greatly appreciated! I'm new to this forum
( the 7 will be my first rangefinder) but have been active on apug and lff for several years
