Sometimes reading threads with many pictures I get distracted by posts consisting of a single line and exactly same pictures I've seen earlier in thread. I realize people are just hitting reply button and pictures get quoted automatically.
Sometimes same picture is quoted more than once.
Am I alone thinking readability would enhance if quoted pictures would automatically be resized to thumbnail size and be clickable, taking reader to original post containing picture(s) in size they were posted?
If that would be hard to implement, well, even plain links to pictures or original post would be better than same picture(s) in original size again and again.
I realize this can't work without automated means as this would take enough labor to count on member efforts. I also realize some people don't mind about quoted pictures.
