R09 Spezial - Dillutions?

I just picked up a bottle of R09 Spezial out of curiosity, never used it before. The development times for the films I use are very short, around 3min, at the suggested 1+15 dilution on the label. Has anyone had success with this at a higher dilution? 1+30 maybe? Seems like that would get me a more standard time, and would be a bit more economical.
