I was wondering if there's any point in buying mono films and re-rating them if the only option is to have them commercially dev'd and printed?
I get the impression that with XP2 it doesn't matter too much if the film is up- or down- rated, but what about films like Fomapan, which seem to need to be downrated from 400 to 200, or 200 to 125 (and 100 to 50?)?
The only place I know of near me is M*x Sp**lmanns and I'm not sure they'd tske special instructions as thery have to send mono films to some other lab.
