RE: Voigtlander LTM>M Type 2 Question

I just bought a new one from Camera Quest, and when I use on my 28mm f/1.9 with my Metabones M>m4/3 adapter, the locking recess on the LTM>M adapter does allow the locking pin on the M>m4/3 to seat, but, with very little Counter Clockwise pressure on the lens, it slips out, and the lens can taken of without pushing down on the release on the M>m4/3 adapter....

I also own a Type 1 50/75 LTM adapter, and it locks in just fine.

Yes, I can use the 50/75 with my m4/3, but when I want to use it on my M5, I need the 28/90 to pull up the 28mm Frame Line. (my M5 has the added 28 and 75 Frame lines)

Also, I noticed that the Type 2 mount recess is wider than the Type 1 recess and the Type 2 Recess may not be as deep either as the Type 1 recess (which I think is the problem)

Anyone else have any similar issues with the Type 2 adapters NOT locking in place on a Metabones adapter....??

BTW., My 50mm C-Sonnar locks in just fine in the Metabones adapter, as does the 28mm when I use the Type 1 adapter

So, I feel it may be the Type 2 recess re-design?
Any thoughts?
