Recommendations to install M9-P top plate?

Title says it all. I'm looking for suggestions on someplace that will install an M9-P top plate on my M9. Leica will not do it (unless you purchase the M9-P upgrade through them).

I'm located in Los Angeles. If you have an idea on price as well, that'd be great.
