On the East Coast I couldn't say, but if you don't mind sending film to the West Coast then North Coast Photographic Services http://www.northcoastphoto.com/ does an awesome job on my color and slide film. They are in San Diego so it is a bit of a stretch for you. But they can handle film through 4x5, and probably 8x10 as well but I have never sent any to them.
