Thanks to some phaffing around with restoring cameras using new old stock plates, I finally have some cameras to spare for trying my hand at repainting!

Does anyone have recommendations for airbrush compressors, airbrushes, and paints?

The Bambi BB8 looks like a great compressor (https://youtu.be/XNoSy56W8iQ), but it's not distributed in the US. I've emailed some of the suppliers in the UK (airsupplies.co.uk, thoritedirect.co.uk, aircomps.co.uk) but can't seem to get a reply. That'd be my preference right now since the exchange rate is so good, and I'm not in the mood to get an Iwata (too spendy) or an old Badger compressor (the ones with blue cases).

Does anyone have one of these cheap compressors from the auction site? Looks exactly like the Badger TC910 with the case removed.

What kind of airbrush should I get? I won't be changing colors, and I don't think I need to change the flow of paint, so should I be looking for a gravity-feed, single-action airbrush like the Iwata HP-M2?

And what about paints? I've read here that firearm paints are the most durable. Have people used DuraCoat and Cerakote? Is something less toxic still worth it? What paints allow you to adjust the level of gloss?
