Replacement red dot for CV lenses

I did run a quick search in the forum, but could not find it anywhere, despite vaguely remembering reading it here.

Is there anywhere I can get replacement red dots for Voigtlander lenses?
The lens I'm interested in is a Skopar 21 by the way, in case that matters.
