Okay, so I'm restoring a Kodak No 2 Autographic Brownie, and unfortunately the lens-mounted finder is missing; any idea where I can find a suitable replacement, apart from buying a donor camera?

I haven't been following Kodak cameras specifically, but my impression is that those old autographics aren't that expensive. I would suspect buying another off an on line site would not be too expensive.
Hopefully, someone else may have a better solution.

For many Zeiss Ikon cameras of the thirties, brilliant finders were a add-on option, and these sometimes can be found separately. But I doubt that Kodak used Zeiss parts, not even on Stuttgart made cameras, so these would only be ok for a user camera, not for a restoration project.

Well I'm off to Banana Warehouse this weekend, so hopefully I'll find something salvageable lying around there that he doesn't mind parting with for peanuts... Who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and find a Super Isolette or Isolette III to play with as well
