As much as I love this beautiful machine I am going to let it go.

I bought it some months ago in what has happened to be a romantic attack.. wanting to return to the origins of tranquile traditional photography, wanting to experience a rangefinder and devoting myself to B/W imaging.

The truth is, as fantastic as this beauty is, I am a digitalized man..This machine has only seen 5-6 rolls of film (unbelievable but true).Yes, the results are out of this world, it is a pleasure to use, but the naked truth is that I dont use it.

I am selling a like new Bronica RF 645 with 65 and 45(with dedicated viewfinder) lenses, all original boxes and documents. The camera was bought NEW from Robert White.Whoever buys it will also get a new Lowe Pro bag, cable release, spare batteries and plenty of film (B/W and colour slide). The camera has the frame lines for the 100 lens.

Please note that the camera is located in Spain. I will pack it lovingly and send it anywhere with the agreed transport.

If you are interested e-mail me: erik_ahrend@hotmail.com. You will get a camera as good as you may find and wont regret it (though I might...)

All the best,

Erik Ahrend.

Hi !
In the first place I appologize if this may annoy anybody, it clearly wasnt my intention.
I have been a silent member of this comunity for quite a while, but never felt like had something really interesting to comment (though I must admit I have learnt quite a bit and enjoyed a lot).

Please let me correct you when you say "you clearly have no interest in making any other contribution". I would love to, but simply wonder: how could I??.

I am willing to send pictures and whatever info may be needed to whoever may be interested (if anybody ever is..). I recall reading in several ocasions about people in the search of such cameras and know that they dont abund second hand.Just though someone may enjoy it a bit more than me...

Once again sorry if anybody has felt bad about this post but any time is good to start being a member of this forum, and I really dont think that offering a beautifull piece of machinery is a bad way to start as long as the intentions are clean. (which they are...).

Hey, thanks for the wellcome anyway and all the best.

Erik Ahrend.

manny strikes again!

my friend manolo can be a bit protective of the forum at times...

that being said, it is true that many will be suspicious of a first post that is also a classified ad. this won't help sell your gear.
but you are more than welcome here, welcome to advertise and welcome to stay.

Thanks Joe,

you can bet that ( regardless of the sale/non-sale of my camera here or anywhere esle) the rangefinder-mania wont abandon me even though at this point in time it doesnt look like the thing for me ( a lack of patience after my recent divoce may be the reason...). I havent managed to quite figure out my RF, and the rangefinder remains to be an interesting mystery to me that I hope one day will be unveiled...

I will continue to be around, and dont doubt it, if at any point I feel like I could offer some valuable contribution I will.

Happy shooting and good light to all...

How much are you willing to letit go for ? I'm looking out for one of these soon, once I've sold my Leica R6, wich will no doubt end up on Evilbay I'm afraid :p

Yep, Eric, the price is an important piece of information, and it's missing here.

Let's bump the thread so that you can update it.

HI everyone!

Thanks for the replies and excuse the delay in the answer, I´ve been away for a few days.

The camera has been sold allready (gulp!! kind of regreting that....).Time will tell if this was a mistake or if my digital affair will help to never look back. Thanks again and all the best.

Erik.
