RIcoh 35 S snake skin covered

A friend of mine showed me a rangefinder camera that his dad had given him. It's a Ricoh 35 S. I've found it on the net, but this one has what appears to be a tan snake skin covering. I cleaned it up a bit, but the shutter works erratically....

Any body know about this one?
