rodenstock filters

i found a rodenstock uv filter, coated, for sale and on sale at the local camera shop. i needed 2 in the same size and the shop only had 2, the rodenstock and a hoya mc one.

i assume the rodenstock is a good quality filter but have never used one before, anyone have experience with them?

I have one, Joe (40.5mm). They are about as good as it gets, slim and in a Brass mount, much like B+W filters.
