According to Silverprint's web site (www.silverprint.co.uk):

"While Agfa's film and paper production is irretrievably lost, Agfa's chemical side was acquired in it's entirety by the German company a&o, who will shortly be relaunching the range onto the market . This should mean classic B&W products such as Rodinal will re-emerge, although their first priority is pushing out the colour chemistry."

A hint of good news?!?

I just developed a roll of Arista Pro-50 film in Agfa Rodinal. My bottle is down to only a few remaining ounces but I'm a LOOOOOONG way from panicing. When it's gone I'll just have to open my half-liter bottle of Calbe RO-9.

I'm FAR more concerned about the loss of Agfa APX-100 and APX-400 film than I am over Rodinal. There are just too many identical or near-identical replacements out there.
