I ran my first roll of film through my Rollei and have run into an issue. Upon winding it there was some troubles. I felt some varying tensions I. The thumb wonder and some sounds of film breaking on a sprocket. (I hate that sound!). I think this is due to the strap lug area being dented (see screenshot 1).
I took a look at the film canister and it too was dented (see screenshot 2).
Is this the reason why the film broke in the body? I kept winding and the film just broke but it was at the beginning of the roll so the tension certainly wasn't because of the film being at the end of the roll.
