I just acquired a gorgeous 2.8E, and am not really able to use the EVS transfer of metering info. Matching needles is no problem. Do I start with the speed and f-stop dials coupled? Do I set the f-stop first and then match the EVS meter value to the EVS number on the speed dial?
I have a handheld meter, but the meter on the Rollei seems responsive, and I would like to be able to use it in a pinch. Any guidance would be appreciated.
