Hi,
I'm very happy so far with the GXR, especially with the Biogon-C 35, but find I'm a little on the "long side".
I'm considering a wider angle, and wonder if you could share samples of images with the GXR and either the VC Color Skopar 21 or the Zeiss Biogon 21 ?

Are you referring to the Zeiss 21/2.8 or 21/4.5?
I have the GXR, though haven't used it much for the last few years. My lens collection includes the ZM21/2.8 and I used that lens on the GXR a fair amount in the short period I intensively used the camera. I thought it was a good combination and the Zeiss rendering/snap of the lens definitely came through in the files.
Sorry to send you elsewhere, but I already posted some of the images I shot with the ZM21 over at FM. You can possibly see them in this thread: http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1096917/1
The thread is archived and it seems the picture links now don't automatically load the photos, but if you click on each link, it should load separately.

I was thinking more about the 4.5, but 2.8 seems even better, for a "close to standard" lens.
Thanks for the link, many nice samples there
