any gurus out there that can provide a reasonably safe checklist for filing via a sat phone from less than hospitable places?
with recent developments (read: sat phones can get you dead) i have been going over and over my approach and trying to develop a safe operating procedure with the assumption that some heavily armed and angry chaps are using sat phone signals to do photojournalists/journalists harm.
beyond keeping uploads under 3 minutes and keeping on the move (which is my omnibus safety measure) are there any things i am overlooking?
