Jan as in "Jan and Dean"
I'm in need of a relatively cheap scanner. All I really want it for at this point is to be able to see my film and post jpegs to the internet, so the quality of the scans doesn't have to be super ( I'm not opposed to higher quality, though ). I need it to be able to scan 35 and 120mm, and I'll be scanning B&W and color ( slides and negatives ).
My G5 is the first version, and I'm running OS 10.3.9 on it ( and it can't handle any later OS ).
I know next to nothing about scanners, and whenever I check out info on them, there seems to be too many choices. I'm also afraid that my OS is limiting my choice of new ones.
If anyone has any ideas of a scanner that will fit the bill ( new or used ), then I'd be grateful.
