It's time to get a new medium format camera. I'm not sure if I should go with 645 or 6x7 (Fuji GS645, Bronica RF645 or Mamiya 7).
The V500 is not a great scanner with 35mm, but with an old 6X6 Kiev 6C I got very nice results. I want to stay close to this quality (6x6/6x7), but I am considering 645 too.
How much would I lose in terms of image quality if go 645?
Any advice?
Thanks

Realistically you'll lose nothing by going to 645.

I have a v500 and I shoot with a Mamiya 645 1000s, the quality is great IMO.
Here's an example, shot with camera mentioned above on kodak ektar (scanned in b/w)

I should mention I also shoot 6x6 and I don't see any noticeable differences between the two other than the obvious crop factor.
