Scanning positive with Nikon Scan, using NLP or ColorPerfect for invertion?

Are there anyone here using Nikon Scan, scanning in positive and then inverting with Negative Lab Pro? If so - can you share some tips; how you configure both NS and NLP. Can I expect to "batch" process rolls of positive scans from NS and get good results?
