I need some help (again). I'm trying scan some (36mm Fuji Superia 400) negatives with Epson Perfection 4870 PHOTO. Here is what I've done so far:
- installed the latest driver from Epson's website.
- then chose the option of professional and film. But I still don't see the films being scanned [I've put the exposed frames the correct side down].
- I connected the top lid cable as well.
- FYI: I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate.
- each strip has 4 frames, instead of 6 [I forgot that the scanner can take 6 frames per strip/column!]
But I don't see the scan output. I'm almost sure that I'm missing something. This is the 1st time I'm scanning negatives myself. If there is any video (or other type of online) tutorial, please let me know.
Thanks

Nevermind, I didn't realise there was a cover for the top panel (and thus didn't remove it)!
