scientific Pen Fs - usable?

There are a couple of these at KEH, I realize they don't have meters, but may have brighter mirrors. Are these lacking anything from a regular meterless Pen?

I realize the medical versions can't focus, but I'm interested possibly in the Scientific meterless ones for general photo use??

Thankfully (for my budget and shelf space), my gas for a Pen Reflex has gone, just as the u4/3 fad has passed for me. If I can only get over the nex(t) hurdle ... 😉
