Last night I was at the Seattle Seal concert. What a show! Incredible music, interaction with the audience was great! and most of all Seal was is a lovely person with a great personality. It was great chatting with him about RF cameras and the M8. There was another RFF'er at the show but I will let him post him mention his name in case he wants it kept private. Seal seems to be very much into photography with an emphasis on technique. I hope he continues to contribute to the forum and share some more camera experiences with us.
Charlie, thanks for a great eve in Seattle.

I snapped a couple of concert photos. Had back stage passes which is what lead to my conversation about the M8 with Seal.

Heidi or not, still pretty cool to know that Seal lurks/contributes around here when he can. There may certainly be other 'famous' people among us, but nice of Seal to announce himself, though the original circumstances weren't so great.
This is still a pretty cool place with/without famous people!

The thing I liked about Seal was his obvious love of photography and his enthusiasm to share his newly gotten toy M8 with the rest of us.

It was me!

I was the other one there, courtesy of Seal's kind invitation in the original "Charlie" thread (thanks again!). As Jorge says, it was a great, high-energy show and the audience loved it (I was seated right behind Warren Moon, who was obviously a fan).
It was a treat to meet Seal backstage. I told him I now thought it was a really well-researched hoax
We had a great chat, mostly about his impressions of the M8 and other current digital options. He is a passionate guy with a lot of photographic knowledge and insights about the "toys." And he's a wonderful, down-to-earth and inclusive host. I'm looking forward to his future contributions here.
Jorge, it was also great meeting you and your wife, and I hope in all the excitement I remembered to tell you how much I enjoy this forum.
My only regret was believing someone I called at the venue who said cameras weren't allowed, and leaving my Leica at home (I did bring two point-and-shoots, needlessly hidden on my person). Jorge had his Leica, which Seal spotted from quite some distance and commented on.

Here is a question:
Is Seal going to start his RFF gallery with his M8? Not that he has alot of time
could you imagine lens tests like Raid does except featuring Heidi? Now I am know I am spinning my wheels here, but it would be amusing to say the least

I think Seal will eventually post when ready. I do not envy is schedule at all. I am surprised he even found time to post on the forum.
