I have two. But at one point last year, they both had shutter problems.
But they are both working now.
When I was able to use them both, in my trip to Buenos Aires in 2008, it worked well for me. I kept the 35mm (or 40mm) on one, and alternated between the 15mm and 50mm on the other, depending on the circumstances.

I'm contemplating getting a second one since quite some time, following eBay auctions when they come up. Even though I love this camera, it's still a lot of money though...

I´m in the market for a second body. More as a backup. Changing lenses to suit the situation doesn´t bother me much. (I´ve no perfected the art of sensor cleaning)

Hmmm - I've got one and I do like it, and the pictures it takes.
But I'm getting concerned it may need some basic stuff doing like re-align the RF & brightlines.
And that would seem to require sending it to the far side of a distant continent.
So do I buy another, or sell the one I've got and use the proceeds of the sale + price of "backup" on a 2nd-hand M8 (which at least can get CLA'd without airmail)... ?
