Canon LTM Serenar 85mm f1.5

Seeking information on Serenar 85mmf1.5(chrome) as I was offered one to purchase. How much should I pay & how does it perform optically? Thanks in advance for any information.

I have the non-serenar black and chrome version. I am not sure what the difference is, I believe they are the same. They usually sell for $500+ on ebay. It is a very quality lens. It's my favorite 85-90 mm lens. It's heavy, but smaller than my v2 90mm summicron. The lens will definately test your rangefinders callibration at f1.5. I recommend you buy it. It is really hard to find if you change you mind at a later on. I love the shallow DOF.

The color images are very nice indeed. I am more and more interested in getting some older portrait lenses...
