That's a very Japanese thing to do. Favoured by a lot of people overhere!!
A lot of the Great Camera shops that you hear of in Japan that have row upon
row of beautifull Cameras are actually customer consignments.
(The reality is that it is a good place for them to store their cameras without their wives knowing...Thus the astronomical prices, They don't actually want to sell)
Strange behavior, I can't see the joy in owning someting you dont use/oggle/fondle?
