Thought I'd share my recent experience with Sherry Krauter. I spoke with her on a Tuesday, sent the lens on a Thursday, the focus ring had bumped frozen from a tumble the camera took, and I got a call the following monday, 4 days later, that it was boxed and ready to be shipped. The lens came back in perfect condition, cleaned and lubed. Wonderful service, great price. I will definitely use her again the next time I need any work done. Highly recommended.
