Slow learner,but keen!
I realise that Zoom Lenses may be even more 'evil' than the ubiquitous SLR
,but hopefully you can still point me in the right direction, of a zoom to play with in family gathering type situations.
I have two nice Pentax SLR's,an S1a,and a KIOOO,and I am looking to get hold of a reasonably light but competent zoom in the range 28/35 to 80/135.
Probably there is more choice in K mount, but I would use either camera,so an M42,or perhaps a Tamron Adaptall would be an option as well.
I am basically a 'snapper',and my only criteria are good sharpness and nice colour rendition, but there are so many lenses around that some must be 'duffers' out there, and so I'm looking to narrow down the field
Any suggestions from your experiences would be gladly and gratefully received.
Thanks a lot,
Brian.
