The RFF Softies are starting to arrive at their destinations so it's time... show us your RFF Softie!!!
I'd like to thank Tom, all the artists that submitted designs and everyone that voted in all the various polls for making this happen. A project like this could have easily gotten sidetracked, forgotten or ignored but everyone really showed their support of this great forum by making this a fairly painless process start to finish. I know the softies are selling fast, get them while you can! Tom has hinted that there might be a second run later on with some of the other popular designs so stay tuned if you miss out on this first batch.
Without further ado here's my pair... a mini on my R3A and a classic on my M2:

Thanks JB
I would be remiss by not thanking T&T A., the designer (who was it?), and the voters who all contributed a little bit of their soul to the final product
- and you JB for starting this mess
I think it took maybe 5 or 6 weeks from concept to delivery? Impressive.
I'm still torn between the black rff's and the silver softies against the chrome lids.
But in the end, neither the camera nor film cares what I use. So bring on the PINK rff softies.

Just got my two today; one mini and one regular. They look great!
Here is the Mini on my R2a:
And the regular on the table. I thought I had a camera to use the bigger one on but, after the fire at my apartment last week, I no longer do. Guess I'll need to start looking for an M2 (or 3) so I can use the RFF SR on...

EDIT:
A big thank you to Disaster Area for starting his thread about an RFF logo-ed softie!

Just after getting my RFF soft releases, I sent off my M9 to Leica NJ. Hopefully I'll be able to add a pic or two sooner rather than later, inshallah.
I've tried like hell to get one on a GF1 but haven't had much success.

the unassailable logic of a true GAS sufferer. let's try this reasoning on my wife (who apparently hasn't yet figured out that I replaced one broken external VF with two others instead of one). I actually have to wait until my next credit card statement hits the shredder before I can order my next Softie. does anyone think my wife will accept an explanation that I had to buy a new body to safely store a $20 Softie???

Hey guys - I designed the softie.
Glad you all like it and fun to see it on top of many of your cameras. I didn't see any digital so far, so to mix it up, I submit...
