A few weeks ago I placed an order for some film from the Silberra store. They took the order (charged my card) gave me an order number, and said they will send an email with a tracking number. So far no tracking number. I sent a couple of emails asking when my order might ship, but received no reply.
I realize they are a start up company and things take time in the beginning. Has anyone else used their online store with success? I'm looking forward to trying out their new line of black and white film.

So did you get the film? I figure 18 months later you may have received it.
