I flew back to Toronto, Canada after a year and found that all the major labs there have stopped processing E6. This includes Toronto Image Works and Downtown Camera.

Now I am in the US and have a dozen rolls of 35mm Provia and Fuji film that I'd like to get developed.

Where is the best place to send it? I am in South Bend, Indiana.

I've never mailed in film but I've heard good things about Dwayne's and AgX. Which are the best in your opinion? I don't need scanning or any other service. Just processing and mounting.

Thanks

Praus Labs in New York.

North Coast Photographic in California is cheaper though I did have one batch of film have crud all over it (which is what got me into developing it myself, which is way cheaper).

I use the Fuji authorized processing lab in Parsons, Kansas. What I do is to buy the Fuji processing mailers (B&H $10+), and pack all the film together in padded envelope, including appropriate number of processing envelopes inside. This way I save on shipping. Usually the slides are back within week, all mounted in Fuji cardboard mounts.

Thanks for the replies. I think i'll go with AgX. They are located near Toronto and Indiana so perhaps they'll be more convenient even though I'm just mailing.

Here in seattle we have a single pro lab doing E6--Panda Lab in Queen Anne. I also used to work at Robis Camera in Tacoma, and they did a few rush mail-order jobs for me by mail when I used to work in Boston. Give either a call and they'll treat you well.
