Hi!
I used an Asus UX31a for while before trading it for an Eizo Coloredge. I will spend the next months away from home and need to get a laptop again, I am afraid.
Ideally something smaller, like 11.6", and a screen with close to 100% srgb and decent Adobe coverage (final edits will be done back home in the Eizo).
It should also support Linux/Windows dual-boot. As far as I know, only the ASUS UX21A does fulfill all requirements. Problem: seems impossible to get (used) and the touch-thingys seem inferior.
Anything else? No 13.3 options, cause in that size the UX31A is my first choice. And no Mac, neither.

Thanks,
Peter

Where graphics quality is concerned, I can personally recommend the Thinkpad T520 with 1920x1080 display, which was already affordable when I bought mine used, and is even cheaper now - but it is much bigger, in every dimension, than what you seem to be after.

There are many other wide gamut laptops around (they have a niche as salesmen's tools in many industries, so most makers that cater to the corporate market include a wide gamut or at least 100% SRGB panel among the configurations for their top models), but all of them seem to be huge - usually 15" and up, and bulky for their size. The few compact ones, even the Macbooks, seem to have some inevitable compromises in their colour rendition - apparently, nobody ever made a flawless 12" or below panel...

Ended up getting an ASUS UX31A again. Screen quality (almost 100% srgb coverage) still seems unmatched in this size. It also runs Ubuntu/Win dual-boot nicely after fixparts.
