Well, my Leica -2 diopter arrived today. I bought it used from a PN member. One of those you open the box and am very disappointed by the size to price ratio. New these thingys run $80, and it is smaller than the tip of a finger. Just a threaded washer with a little correction lens in it. I am so glad I bought it used. And after all, it is a Leica I guess I shouldn't expect much.
I still have a -2 diopter for a Bessa, R or R2 if anyone is interested. Don't worry, I won't ask even 1/10th of what a Leica diopter cost for it, and I promise it will work just as well.

No, better don't. Otherwise you won't feel very well placing your eye and brain just a few millimeters from that thing
But yes I know about prices, I still remember the face of my buddy when I bought a $50 Voigtlander LTM/M ring.

rover, it's a Leica piece. Think about it... Repeat the mantra: it's a Leica thing...
Yeah, but I do Hasselblad too Francisco. I need two more jobs if I am going to keep up both systems.

From the roll of tri-x I processed the other night, taken with my "new" collapisble summicron.
I have one with his eyes open too, but I am pretty sleepy tonight.

Is that the New Millenium Rover, Ralph?
Well... these are the moments when I feel lucky about being a closeted Nikonian. No Hassy for me yet!
