I pulled the bottom rewinder level out, rewound the film after pressing the little tiny silver metal button on the other side of the bottom to release the film catch. But pulling any further doesn't pop the door. What's the trick?

You have to pull the knob out and turn it slightly using the knurling on the rim of the knob. This will release the door catch.

Hi there doesn’t seem to be any resistance. Is there a video of this somewhere?

Binyamin, I don't know of any video, but one probably exists. The manual is available online for download. There's one on the cameramanuals.org site. There's a clear illustration and description of how to do it.

Pull it gently out until it stops. Rotate the knob to release the door. Try both ways. How did u open it to load the film?

This, except, at least in my camera there are two stops when you pull it out. One pulls to the second (all the way out) stop. This takes a little more force. Then rotate to open door.

Thanks I got it working using the first suggestion, clearly I wasn't as nuanced in my attempt.

Of course, turning the knob the wrong way when in a hurry can unscrew the assembly....
