Soft release integrated self timer

What do you think, can it be made?
An soft release with electronic magnetic self timer inside.

Maybe with CR1 battery inside to keep the height below 30mm.

Something that will screw in Voigtländer Bessa III W.

If this is not possible, maybe little larger with capacitor inside to
briefly power a high-voltage (like flash works).

Given that mechanical screw-in self timers are fairly cheap and sell slowly (if at all) on ebay, and that the self timers on most cameras rot away unused, it does not seem to be an item that is desired by that many potential users that it could be profitably made...
