Some of my first tests :-)

Film: Kodak Portra 160NC (color shots)
Scanner: Epson V500

Unfortunately, my Gossen Lunasix 3 does not work as I thought it would - originally, it had a 1.5V battery, but because these are not available any more, I had to use a similar 1.35V (= sometimes a heavy underexposure). Therefore the C41 color negative shots are quite good (regarding the image quality) but most of the b/w images were very very noisy and dark....

I also had some difficulties with the additional viewfinder - I always forgot to compensate for the parralax correction and therefore, many of my images are badly composed (cut off heads or legs...)

The larger dog's coat is one colour in the 85mm photos and another colour in the 50mm ones.

The FSU equipment can have its quirks, but once you feel the lenses and the cameras match well together, it is a winning combo.

You are right, but I think, they were also shot on different days - the "white" on is in the morning (very harsh cool light) and the other ones are in the evening (short before sunset = very yellow/red light).

I did wonder, because the J-9 and the J-3/J-8 have never been accused of not rendering colours correctly.

To me fsu lenses really shine with b&w film. I love to use 160nc, one of my favorite color films but it's not the best people film. You have some nice shots from both color & b&w. Keep shooting! Thats whats so great about film! we have many choices. Even cheap drugstore type color films look good in certain shots....enjoy!🙂

I also use a Gossen Lunasix 3 - Gossen has been kind enough to make an adapter. I use it and it works fine.

You have the battery voltage backwards. Original is 1.35V and "replacements" are 1.5V.... lovely black and whites!

I use a "Sixtar", for batteries buy a "Weincell" that match, when the cell runs out, you take of the ring around it and use this ring as an adapter for general hearing-aid cells. They come cheap in almost the correct voltage.
I use those cells for my "Sixtar", my "Capital" (also a lightmeter) and for the lightmeter built into my "Icarex" camera.
