Well-known
I have the A290 and A390 with live view and flip screen [ bought cheaply for the 'waist level finder' ]
i have given up trying to justify these cameras which , to me , surpass the Sony A35 in terms of colour rendition and how familiar they are to hold / use .
Colours are excellent , but build quality , well , isn't - and that screen is small and primitive , but I am not going to be put off .
The A290 has a reasonable size finder , but the a390 is smaller and more squinty because of the additional sensor in the pentaprism ... this means that I can see the entire image with my glasses , whereby , I have to move my eye around .
An unexpected advantage perhaps !
