To me, this is a great example of why fullframe 35mm sensors > aps-c or m4/3. The overall 'dimensionality' and 'look' of the photos shot around f2-f4 makes my x100 (with it's superb 23mm/35mm equivalent lens) seem quite 'flat' in comparison.
The sonnar 35mm looks pretty damn nice. Also seeing huge DR from these files.

Wow those are nice samples. Thanks for sharing.
There are only a couple of shots here that differentiate themselves, the rest are taken at fairly small apertures. I'm excited about this camera, but these samples don't seem all that exceptional to me, in terms of showing what this camera can do.

It's obviously a purely technical example of capabilities. The photos and their content, like most at dpreview, are much ado about nothing.

looks pretty zeissy.
Not of much use, we expect Zeiss lenses to be Zeissy, and expect most shots taken at f/9 to look like most every other shot taken at f/9 with any number of other contemporary cameras.

Imaging Resource has some early shots posted; some taken of indoor subjects at higher ISO sensitivity levels.

In-camera JPEGs from all sources. Looking forward to raw files and the ability to process them.

I got a chance to play with this thing at the DFW Photo Expo. I must say, it's a sweet little thing, handles really nicely, and even just the images on the back screen looked really promising. Handled and felt really nice. Very interesting indeed....
