spots on negatives from XA2

HI guys

I just got my first test roll back from my xa2 negatives. I see some spots in the left upper corner and I was wondering what that was.. and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.

Was the film processed and printed in a local lab? Looks like dust, but that is part of the problem.

I guess boy who processed film got so exchited with what he saw that he went across lab with film hanging from his elbow, showing it to colleagues.

haha the white spots are dust most likely. But the vague dots looks like it's in a circle is what I mean.

Those are from a fingerprint on the negative.

Looks like it's time to change labs.
