Just developed a roll of FOMAPAN 100 in HC-110.
I found two "exposed" circles between frames 2 and 3 and a less intense one between frames 5 and 6. No other marks in the roll. The paper was inspected against the light and it was completely opaque.
The camera was the Mamiya C330 (no red window ) and it never produced any lightleaks so far...

What could these be ??

Thank you for your opinions

That's strange. Light leaks are not usually perfect sharp-edged circles!

Possibilities:
1) It could be a bad roll of film. Is this the only one that has had this happen?
2) Your developing tank might be leaking light.
3) The camera might have a leak somewhere, like the bellows.

I don't think it is 2 or 3 because those kinds of light leaks will probably not give the sharp-edged perfect circles you got. I'd try another roll of film, I bet it is just this one had a manufacturing defect.

I also believe in a manufacturing issue. This is the first time it happened.
I use the same developing tank, and the rolls are from the same batch of FOMAPAN 100 that was purchased in Berlin.
The camera has shown no lightleaks so far (and I was testing it indoors under low light).

Let's hope it doesn't happen again,

Regards

Did it happen with Fomapan ?? Or with some other brand ?

Joao

It was Fomapan 200 in 120, on two rolls, one with the circle half way over the edge of the last frame, centred, and the other just after the last frame, also centred.
