I am not sure if i am putting this in the right category but please move it if it's in the wrong place.
I am looking for a compatible flashgun for my Canon 1n.
I have seen a YONGNUO YN-EX11 and also CANON SPEEDLITE 600EX-RT, not sure if either of these are suitable.
Can anyone recommend a suitable flash for this camera.

If I were you I'd look at what compatibility you'll get with the expensive Canon 600, I don't imagine you'll get the full functionality of that gun as it's designed around the latest cameras and the 1n is quite old now. Built in radio triggers would be nice, but it's very pricey.

It only supports A-TTL not E TTL
I'm not sure if the new flashes are backwards compatible, but EZ series of flashes are for the EOS 1n and are cheap
