Summicron 35mm f2 version 2 question...

The aperature ring has me baffled. The only way to turn it is to use the tiny tab, but it's impossible to do it with your left hand unless you block the rangefinder window. Is it supposed to be adjusted with the right hand? Am I missing something here?

I have a friend that bought one of the v2 when it came out and just sold it a few years ago. I never liked the aperture tab and figured it was for right hnded shooters only.

I don't think there's much that can be done about the tab.
