Hello All,
I have a Summicron 50 ver 3 (11 817) that has some haze on the inside elements. I've been able to open the front element and clean it with some ROR and Kimwipes, but I can't see how to open the rear elements.
I've attached a pic of the lens removed from the focusing mount and am trying to remove the lens elements at the top of the photo. It resembles my 135 F4 Elmar, but on that lens the rear element screws off with little effort. I've tried that here, with no success.
I don't want to force it, for fear of damaging the lens.
Any thoughts?
