hi all.

i'm prepared to buy one of the above lens (i.e. cron or lux) but i noted that the price of lux is almost double that of cron.

Then I want to know if the premium is really paid for the extra stop only.

actually, i've seen many album of these two lens and i noticed that the color tonal of lux is generally very wide as compared with those taken by cron and the color of lux is more neutral. This is my impression after seeing so much photos taken by these two lens but i don't have a chance to see an apple-to-apple comparison. So anyone could advise me about the color tonal that which lens is better.

I am absolutely care about the color tonal (or the width of color rendition but not color saturation) more than the extra stop. SO i would like to really appreciate anyone who could help me to make my choice and all of your advice is very valuable to me. 🙂

If you do not care about the speed, the Cron should suffice. My Cron is very sharp, and I do like the ability to get closer than 1m, which I cannot do with the Lux.

However, I still use the lux on the M3 most of the time, snd a Cron 35 on the M6.
