Is there any chance to repair (focusing problems) my Leica M Summilux 75 (latest vers.) in Paris?
I mean a service without sending the lens to Solms

My Red Dot Glows For You
I've been on this very quest myself.
Photo Suffren may be able to do it for you, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Everybody in Paris ships their CLA orders elsewhere, either in Frons or Germany, England, etc.. Nobody's been able to give me the name for the French CLA place, as it seems to be an industry secret.

I'ts an industry secret!
try Gerard Metrot former boss of photo suffren now retired but keeping a small (long delays) shop called atelier GMS or Marc Nicolas in Bordeaux. If they can't noone can except zeiss or leica facilities if they still want to.
the truth is that leica never released the tools to allow us working on those lenses some are working on them if Marc or Gerard (or even Denis in Suffren) are ok to do so you can trust them, if anyone else says yes I would advise you to think twice and try to find a client that got a lens serviced there.
I personally don't touch leica gear as I have too much work to deal with on other brands noone wants to work on.
