A "Man Found Taking Photos Of Sensitive Areas At Miami International Airport" was arrested. Apparently they will bust him on some charge or other, suspicious photography or not:

Because Miami International Airport is a public facility, anyone is allowed to take video and pictures inside.

Well, this person was in the country illegally and refused comment as to what his intentions were. This person went well beyond just taking pictures at the airport. The judgement call to detain him appears to be reasonable, and he is wanted for violating immigration laws. This "photographer" was doing something wrong.
